We are happy to offer free shipping within Canada on Cymbals and free shipping on all of our snare drums. All eligible products will be marked with Free Shipping within the product page. Please note, all products are shipped from our head office in Concord, Canada.

For Shipping to the United States we offer free shipping for all Cymbals and for all Snare Drums. Customer takes responsibility for all duties and taxes for products shipped to the United States. Please note, all products are shipped from our head office in Concord, Canada.

Larger items may be subject to a weight surcharge, these items will be marked in the product description page.

We ship from coast to coast in Canada via Canada Post and Canpar; on some occasions via other package carriers. Once shipped we include a tracking number to track every package and all packages must be signed for at the door when delivered.

We ship coast to coast in the United States via UPS and FedEx; on some occasions via other package carriers. Once shipped we include a tracking number to track every package and all packages must be signed for at the door when delivered.

All packages are shipped during weekdays only, any orders placed on a Friday will be shipped out the following workday.

At this point in time, we can only offer shipping within Canada and the United States through our online store front, for other countries please contact us for necessary arrangements.
