Refund policy

Majority of Drums and Cymbals purchased on our webstore may be returned in original packaging, unused and unopened for a partial refund within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on products returned. 

Returns can be shipped back to our head office. Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred during the return processes and ensuring packages arrive in good condition.

Returns must arrive in original packaging, unused and in good condition with all packaging and accessories.
